BAU SANDBOX II
"Creation Without Consequences"
Welcome to the primary drafting hub for the Backrooms Archive Unit Wiki.
This is a nearly consequence-free environment designed for writers to experiment with tales, stories, and CSS theme practice. You can start building your page right away using the tools provided below. Just a heads-up: while the sandbox is built for experimentation, any use of AI-generated writing is strictly prohibited and will be flagged.
For new authors: you should not be afraid of making pages within the sandbox - no one is here to judge your creation while it is still being made.
NOTICE: All pages within this sandbox are drafts owned and curated by their respective author - DO NOT EDIT SANDBOXES WHICH YOU DO NOT OWN.

Site Rules
By using The Backrooms Archive Unit Sandbox, you automatically agree to follow these rules. If you create pages that break site rules, the Sandbox motto “Creation Without Consequence” will no longer apply to you. Abuse the system, and you lose the privilege :P .
01. Respect
Treat everyone with equal respect. We all have different opinions, yet we can respect each other's views and restrain ourselves from pushing our beliefs onto others. This rule is also in-use for critics - please refrain from arguing with critics, as they have gone out of their way to critique your page.
02. Griefing
Griefing refers to the intentional action taken to destroy or damage someone else's work—is strictly prohibited. This applies to both the sandbox and the main page. Individuals found breaking this rule will be permanently banned from the wiki.
03. NSFW Content or Gore
We do not permit NSFW content on this site. This includes real images of human corpses or any form of extremely graphic harm. While some pages may contain gore within a fictional context, genuinely brutal or explicit depictions are not allowed. If you plan to write content that includes fake blood, 3D renders, or similar imagery, you must include a content warning at the top of your page. Additionally, we do not permit any form of adult content. If you are unsure whether a specific image or piece of content is allowed, please consult a staff member before posting.
04. Usage of AI
We do not permit the usage of any generative AI for writing and media. You are not permitted to use AI images due to their problematic copyright laws, and you are also not permitted to use ANY forms of AI writing, which includes the usage of Grammarly Premium, Google Transelator and many other "Grammar Tools". You are allowed to use the normal Grammarly or ones that do not use generative AI.
You are allowed to use AI for debugging code or to learn CSS - this has been done many times before, although directly using AI code is heavily discouraged, as it leads to the affected page being extremely laggy or, in some cases, completely broken.
05. Discriminatory Hate Speech
Discriminatory hate speech is strictly prohibited on this site. This includes racism and any similar forms of targeted discrimination.
06. Freedom of Speech
Members of the wiki are free to express concerns about the site, including the right to report staff for misconduct or submit complaints about them without fear of retaliation. Staff members or individuals in high-ranking positions must not intimidate, pressure, or attempt to manipulate votes or decisions in any way.
